SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders placed after 10AM CST will be shipped out the following business day. 

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information when your shipping label is created. 

If your order includes more than one hat, it may be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you may receive multiple shipping confirmations & tracking numbers.
USA ORDERS
   
  • All USA orders receive complimentary ground shipping & returns.
  • We offer two flat rate shipping options: 
UPS Ground (3-7 business days) - Free
UPS Second Day Air (2 business days) - $25

INTERNATIONAL
   
  • We direct international customers to shop our collection at Wolf & Badger
  • Wolf & Badger offers worldwide shipping, ranging from ($0-$20 USD) & is free of duties & taxes for a number of countries. Additionally, Wolf & Badger offers free worldwide returns.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS
   
  • We offer free return shipping for all domestic U.S. orders. 
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for refund onto original form of payment, or within 30 days of delivery for store credit.
  • Only items that are unworn & in original condition are eligible for return. 
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, reflected in the refund or store credit total.
EXCHANGES
   
  • We only accept exchanges for a different size or if there is a defect with an item.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • All exchanges are exempt from our 10% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges will be shipped once we receive & review your original item.
  • Only items that are unworn & in original condition are eligible for exchange.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  1. To request a return or exchange, please complete our Return Request Form.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your Return Shipping Label & instructions.
  3. Please ship return within 5 days of receiving your return label.
  4. make sure to return your order in it’s original packaging. 
All refunds, exchanges, and store credits are processed after we receive and review your return. You will be notified via email. 
 
Any returns received without a Return Request, or that arrive damaged or without their original packaging, will either be sent back to the sender or will be subject to additional return shipping fees.
